About the Myllennium Award
The Myllennium Award is a permanent laboratory that aims to support young talent aged 30 and under (the Myllenium generation, also known as generation Y). The Raffaele Barletta Foundation addresses this generation with its Myllennium Award, which over time has enabled many young people guided by a strong spirit of initiative, competition and collaboration the opportunity to build their future.
Alongside financial support, this initiative makes available job and training opportunities. So as to maximize its outreach and thereby benefit a broad range of recipients, the award is divided into nine sections, including journalism, music, and social entrepreneurship. Within each section are offered cash prizes, publication opportunities, scholarships, training opportunities, and mentoring activities.
The Technical-Scientific Committee and the Honor Committee, both composed of professionals and authoritative personalities from the world of institutions, culture, media, innovation and business, assess the projects in order to ensure the value of the initiative.
